One event describes best Corey: Our apartment in New Westminster was sold by Corey and just two weeks before the completion date we got a phone call from the caretaker, that there was a burst pipe in the apartment above us. As we were in Victoria already and it was late night anyway, we called Corey: What now? He cut short his night out in a restaurant with his girlfriend, showed up in the apartment just 30 minutes later with his girlfriend and they mopped up the water and mitigated the damage. It's next to impossible these days to find someone you can trust with anything, especially if it involves over a million dollars of your money in real state.
