One event describes best Corey: Our apartment in New Westminster was sold by Corey and just two weeks before the completion date we got a phone call from the caretaker, that there was a burst pipe in the apartment above us. As we were in Victoria already and it was late night anyway, we called Corey: What now? He cut short his night out in a restaurant with his girlfriend, showed up in the apartment just 30 minutes later with his girlfriend and they mopped up the water and mitigated the damage. The flooring guy was able to start sooner because it dried up much faster. The completion went smooth, we got the proceeds to buy our new place. Thank you for both of you!
