The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, REALTOR®, and associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) or other rights holders and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA or the affiliated board, including Greater Vancouver REALTORS®. MLS® listing content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for any other purpose without authorization from the rights holder.
4. Virtual Office Website (VOW) Data
Parts of the Website may operate as a Virtual Office Website (“VOW”), which provides access to additional property listing data to registered users who have established a lawful relationship with us. Access to VOW data requires registration and acceptance of a separate VOW Terms of Use agreement at the time of sign-up. VOW data is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise reproduce or repurpose any VOW data, and you acknowledge the applicable real estate board’s ownership of and copyright in that data. The board and its authorized representatives may access your registration information to verify and enforce compliance with the VOW Terms of Use and applicable rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website that is not MLS® or VOW data, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Corey Zach or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Website may use third-party advertising and analytics services, including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) products such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and related tools.
